Is this event right for me if I'm not at $300K yet?
If you're already coaching, already booking clients, and on the path to $300K+ — yes, absolutely. The model and the systems we're building are what get you there. What this event isn't built for is coaches who haven't booked their first paying client yet or are still figuring out what they offer. If that's you, you'll get more out of starting with the School of Content Marketing first and joining us live next time.
I'm not a coach. I run a different type of business. Can I still come?
The Profitable Coach Model™ was built for coaches, digital product creators, and experts who sell their knowledge. If that's you — even if "coach" isn't the word on your website — you'll fit right in. If you sell physical products, run an agency with employees, or operate a business model that looks nothing like that, this probably isn't the right room for you.
Do I need to know anything about AI to get value from this day?
Not a thing. If you can send an email, you can deploy these AI employees. The demos are designed so you can follow along live whether you've used AI tools before or never opened ChatGPT.
What do I actually get with the VIP ticket?
VIP is "The Day + Built With You." You get everything in General Admission, plus three exclusive sessions: a pre-event Marblism setup session where we help you configure your AI employees properly before the day, a post-event AI Employee Strategy session where we walk through deploying and using everything correctly, and a VIP Exclusive Dinner — an intimate post-event dinner at a curated location for VIPs only. What's the difference between this event and the School of Content Marketing?
The Profitable Coach Live is one day, in person, focused on the first four pillars of the Profitable Coach Model™ — and seeing AI employees deployed against each one. The School of Content Marketing is the full curriculum where we go deep on every pillar, including the Scale side of the model (CEO Mode and The Millionaire-Mind Effect). Think of the live event as the live experience of the model; the school is where you build it out over time.
Will the event be recorded?
No. This is an in-person experience. No replay, no recording, no livestream. If you want it, you have to be in the room.
Where exactly is it being held?
Hyatt Place Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Full venue details and arrival instructions will be sent to ticket holders by email a week before the event.
What should I bring?
Your laptop (this is important — you'll want it open for the AI deploy moments), your phone, a notebook if you're a paper person, and your business. Come ready to work on it, not just learn about it.
What's the dress code?
Business casual. You'll be comfortable in jeans, you'll be comfortable in a blazer.
Can I bring my business partner or team member?
Yes — each person needs their own ticket. If you're bringing your right hand, the VIP tier is worth it for both of you so you both get the pre-event setup, post-event strategy, and VIP dinner.
What's your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable up to 7 days before the event. If something comes up, you can give your ticket to a fellow coach who'd be a fit for the room.
